Step 1: Watch an Open Enrollment Meeting

Join the DHR Employee Benefits Unit (EBU) to learn about updates to your benefits package, what you should do during Open Enrollment (OE), and more!

Watch a recorded session (Spanish closed captioning available) and download a PDF of the presentation slides.

Step 2: Review the Employee Benefits Guide and Visit Benefitsolver

There are new enhancements to our benefits plans, so we encourage you to review your options carefully in the Employee Benefits Guide (also available in Spanish). Download the PDF and open it in a PDF viewer for an enhanced navigation experience.

There is also a webpage for Open Enrollment plan rates and rate comparison charts

Visit benefitsolver.com to:

  • Review your current coverage and cost
  • Make sure your beneficiary selection(s) and dependent information are correct

Mark your calendar to enroll in or make changes to your benefits at benefitsolver.com during OE (April 12 – May 2, 2022).

All changes are locked in at the end of the corrections period (May 20, 2022).

Flexible Spending Accounts

Participation in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) requires active enrollment each year. If you currently have an FSA, you will have to re-enroll.

Passive Enrollment

If you don't make changes to your benefits, your current benefits elections will roll into the next plan year, except for FSAs which require a new election each year.

Every employee should confirm their elections even if they don't plan to make changes. All changes are locked in at the end of the corrections period (May 20, 2022).
