The Department of Personnel & Administration, in partnership with the Division of Human Resources, compiles data and creates reports for the Colorado legislature, as well as provides insight on making policy decisions.  

• The Workforce Reports reflect anyone who receives a paycheck from the State of Colorado, including temporary employees. For a glimpse of the demographics of our workforce at a point in time, please see: Workforce Snapshot.
• The Annual Compensation Report drives the policy of the State of Colorado to provide a competitive total compensation package to ensure that the State is able to recruit, reward and retain a qualified workforce. 
• The Employer of Choice (EOC) is an initiative of the State Personnel Director to attract and retain the best and brightest employees so our workforce reflects the people we serve.
• The Department of Personnel & Administration publishes annual, up-to-date information about eligibility requirements for federal loan forgiveness programs designed to incentivize public service and help make the State of Colorado an employer of choice.
