Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
The State of Colorado Learning Experience Platform (LXP) is the central place for employees to discover, take, and track training. It supports skill development, performance, and career growth across State agencies.
Employees can access the LXP on any device through the web application, mobile apps, and integrations with Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Google Chrome, and other supported tools.
All State employees under the Governor’s purview in the Executive Branch must register in the LXP to complete required compliance training. Consider bookmarking soclxp.edcast.com for quick access.
System Update & LMS Integration
The LXP has expanded to include a new Learning Management System (LMS). Together, the integrated platform will provide one place for all State learning—from required compliance courses to a wide range of optional learning opportunities.

Who is the LXP for?
