Division of Human Resources Emergency Rulemaking

The general purpose of this emergency rulemaking (docket 2020-00460) is to modify 4 CCR 801-1, Rule 5-39 of the Personnel Director's Administrative Procedures in anticipation of an extension of a declared disaster. This emergency rule will be in effect for 120 days. The original emergency rule was filed under docket 2020-00132.

Division of Human Resources Emergency Rulemaking - Modify

The general purpose of this emergency rulemaking is to modify Chapters 3 and 5 of the Personnel Director’s Administrative Procedures to bridge the time gap between the start of FY 2020 - 21 (July 1, 2020) and the effective date of permanent rulemaking 2020-00257 (August 1, 2020) regarding rules promulgated to address state government's activity related to the COVID-19 response, and to address changes to the calculation of leave use related to the state's new short term disability contract. 

Division of Human Resources Emergency Rulemaking 04-01-2020

The Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration, Division of Human Resources has issued emergency administrative procedures regarding the Personnel Director's Administrative Procedures, Chapter 5, and pursuant to Governor Polis issuing Executive Order 2020 003 regarding the COVID-19 virus.

The Emergency Administrative Procedures are effective April 1, 2020.

Please note that emergency administrative procedures expire in 120 days.

Division of Human Resources Emergency Rulemaking 03-13-2020

The Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration, Division of Human Resources has issued emergency administrative procedures regarding the Personnel Director's Administrative Procedures, Chapters 3 and 5 pursuant to Governor Polis issuing Executive Order 2020 003 regarding the COVID-19 virus.
 
The Emergency Administrative Procedures are effective March 13, 2020
