About the Team

Talent Pathways Team

The Talent Pathways Team is a newly created group within Workforce Solutions at the Division of Human Resources (DHR), merging the Work-Based Learning (WBL) and Skills-Based Hiring (SBH) teams. This team will be dedicated to driving the completion of talent related executive orders and Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) here at Department of Personnel and Administration (DPA).

Mission

The Talent Pathways Team advances the success of state government through strategic workforce development, HR excellence, and personnel administration, driven by Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) and empowering state government to deliver quality services to the people of Colorado.

Vision

The Talent Pathways team ensures seamless delivery of workforce-related services, including human capital and talent management, as well as executive order (EO) implementation across state agencies and stakeholders.

Key Offerings

  • Selection resources such as example job postings, connections to recruitment partners and compliance support.
  • WBL resources such as program development support, making connections between agencies implementing similar programs, and providing guidance on implementing WBL programs within the classified system.
  • SBH resources such as posting consultations, using the NEOGOV(CO-Jobs) SBH flag, SBH data analysis, and technical guidance.
