WBL Survey Analytics
WBL exit surveys are being developed by DPA to gather statewide insights into participant and manager experiences, with a focus on continuous improvement opportunities. The collected data will be carefully reviewed and handled in compliance with data privacy standards and access to the results will be managed to maintain confidentiality. The exit surveys were designed to establish a baseline dataset by gathering uniform data from each agency and are intended to supplement, not replace, your current practices.
